  • Obtain Use & Occupancy from Township/Borough
  • Tenant move-in walk-thru inspection report
  • Collection of rents, late fees and any other assessments
  • Rent disbursement to landlord via mail or direct deposit
  • 24 hour emergency services
  • Liaison for tenant, i.e. rents, maintenance, etc.
  • File and attend any court evictions as Agent for landlord
  • Hiring of sub-contractors for any repairs/maintenance
  • Move-out inspection
  • Handle cleaning, repairs, painting, etc.
  • Retain security deposit in escrow account, if landlord prefers
  • Advise pertaining to return of security deposit
